I have never heard of the term "scrap lift" before. In card making we call it CASE - copy and share everything. In this case, you copy a scrap bookers layout design and make it your own style.
I enjoy 'photo collage/blocking' type layouts as it helps my fit several photos onto a page. I saw a 10 x 10 layout on Zazzle that I really liked and made it work for my 12 x 12 page.
We obtained some 4 generation photos with my father when my daughter and her family were in the US for a visit. This was the first time my dad saw her great granddaughter since she was born in March of 2020. It was a bitter sweet moment that I just had to scrapbook. I'm working on another page to frame and put up in his home.
The layout itself is simple, it just takes trimming photos to fit the space. I was originally thinking of adding blue as the accent color, but there are yellow hues in the photos, I decided to accent with the in-color Bumblebee which is in the ribbon on each side and the square gems in the sentiment.
I used our adhesive sheets when I die cut "FAMILY" so they would be raised and attach easy to the layout.
Lastly, it was such a beautiful day when we were out with Brylee, I decided to add the dragonflies using vellum paper and a bit of wink of Stella to make them sparkle.
I hope this inspires you to pull out your stash and create some pages. It's easy to do with all the wonderful products Stampin' Up! has that coordinate together.
