How did I become a Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator?
I have been a paper/memory crafter for a few decades. It started with the desire to remove photos from albums as they were getting damaged and place them into archival quality albums. I then got hooked on scrapbooking, which was a fun way to keep a record of my children’s memories. I went to a Stampin’ Up!® Workshop some 17 years ago and I fell in love with the product line. The matching paper, inks, ribbons, embellishments, etc. were a scrap bookers dream. I eventually started making cards and found it was quick and easy to put together a card and send some joy to family and friends. I still scrapbook, but I make more card related products at this point in my life.
My sister, Dawn Olchefske, became a demonstrator 15+ years ago. Many of you follow her at DOStamping With Dawn She has a very successful business and has earned many rewards within the Stampin’ Up!® community. She asked me many times over the years about becoming a demonstrator, but I was content to be her loyal and avid customer. In February 2018, there was a new Demonstrator special I could not pass up when she asked me and I signed up. I thought it would just be temporary, or at most a hobbyist discount purchaser, but I am finding so much joy in being a demonstrator that I have decided to increase my effort and grow my business. Creating this Blog is a step in that direction.
I have a core group of women that have supported me since I turned Demonstrator, many have been longtime friends and crafters with me over the years. I am very thankful to them for their support.
I hope to earn your trust and support in purchasing Stampin' Up! ® product from me (My Shop). If you have any questions about Stampin' Up!®, please do not hesitate to contact me.
