Stampin' Up! 2021-22 Annual Catalog - DO Stamper Stars Card Swap

Hello Crafters!

I am sharing the fabulous card Swaps the DO Stamper Stars created using pre-order product from the 2021 - 22 Annual catalog. These are some great projects from a few of the many creations in the catalog. I hope they inspire you to create paper crafts of your own !

The first set of cards highlight the Beauty of the Earth designer series paper and includes stamp sets from Beauty of Friendship + Dies bundle, Inspired Thoughts + Dies bundle and Etched In Nature. I am in love with the designer series paper, it has become a favorite for me to create with.

This next set highlights the Hand Penned suite of products. The floral images are two step with a stamp to fill in color, great for those of us that don't like to color. The Designer Series paper coordinates so well with the floral image on one side and coordinating color pattern on other side. One of the below cards also uses the Quiet Meadow Stamp set, which also includes some fabulous dies when you buy the bundle. Scalloped Contours Dies are included in the 2nd card.

This next set of cards is from the Pansy Petals suite of products. The die cuts can actually cut florals out of the coordinating designer series paper -see first card!! This suite is sure to please the pansy lover in your life.

Simply Elegantly Suite of products is one of my favorite suites. The paper is so amazing and the stamp set/tag punch go well with many other products as well. This set also screams to emboss the images, so if you enjoy embossed, elegant images, I encourage you to get the suite

The Flowers of Friendship bundle has so much versatility with the floral punch included in the bundle. I love the simplicity of the floral images and there are great sentiments in the stamp set. The below cards also incorporated the new In Colors.

Color and Contour bundle is going to be the next bundle I purchase. The Scalloped Contours Dies are a must have and the floral images are perfect for any card. The below samples include the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper from the Host only choice of items found on pg. 171 of the catalog; 48 sheets of paper for just $18! Black & White patterns on one side, 12 different designs on the other.

And last but not least the below samples include and adorable frog from the Host stamp set, Prince & Princess. The other is the Spiral Dye large stamp on pg. 118 of the catalog. Great instructions on how to make the dual color look included on the page.

I hope these card swaps have inspired you to create with any of the wonderful suite of products from the new 2021-22 Annual Catalog.

Share It Sunday May 2021 Blog Hop - Very Versailles Thank You Card

The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.

Today features the monthly Share It Sunday projects where the team shares any project that have been working on.

I recently received the Very Versailles stamp set. While it is not new to the 2021-22 annual catalog, it is new to me. I've seen so many beautiful creations using this stamp set, it has been on my wish list since it came out. It has a very vintage feel to it. I CASE'd (Create and Share Everything) this idea with some slight modifications, from Jan Clothier who was part of the 2020 Artisan Design Team.

#DOswts363 2021-2023 In Colors Inspiration Blog Hop- Fresh Freesia Thank You Card

The new 2021-2023 In Colors are really gaining in popularity. I've made cards with most of the colors, but realized I had not done much with the Fresh Freesia color.

I paired it with Basic Gray layer, Basic White and the Fresh Freesia designer series paper from the 2021-2023 In Color 6x6 pack. The basic white strip was embossed with one of the Greenery Embossing Folders. The Fresh Freesia open weave ribbon was added to cover the line between the embossed strip and DSP layer. The Basic Grey was die cut with a die from the Tasteful Labels die. The sentiment, from the Best Year stamp set, is stamped in versa mark and embossed with White Embossing Powder. I added a touch of vellum greenery die cut from the Flourishing Dies under the label. The label was adhered with dimensionals. I added 3 of the clear epoxy essentials randomly placed on the card.

I hope this inspires you to give the new In Colors a try. I encourage you to "Hop" along and see the rest of the projects using the 2021-2023 In Colors.
