Share It Monday - Enjoy the Rhythm Birthday Card

Hello and welcome to my blog. The January - April 2023 mini occasional catalog has some really great products in the catalog. If you or your family play any instrument or just really enjoy music, Enjoy The Rhythm stamp set is perfect to create some unique projects. 

I just love all of the music related sentiments and images, but I am particularly drawn to the drum set in this stamp set. I took percussion lessons when I was young and played drums in all kinds of bands, including an all-girl rock band. I was also a member of the MN Youth Symphony, a very talented group of young musicians that traveled all over MN performing at different venues. As an adult I don't play as much anymore other than occasionally volunteering to perform at my church for special occasions. 

I just love the details on the drum set image. I didn't want to color too much of the drum set. Cymbals typically have a gold tint to them, so I used the So Saffron Stampin' Blends to add the color. The Happy Birthday sentiment and music notes are stamped on the inside. This will make a perfect card for any drummer in your life or someone who simply loves a bit of Rock & Roll!
