The Scrapbooking Global Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in a scrapbooking Blog Hop Theme, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.
Today's challenge of Creative Backgrounds is brought to you by Delys Cram. Each participant will have so much artistic style to create anything they desire. This could be showing off stamps to create a unique design, using favorite techniques to add texture to a background of the layout... even layering up the background with DSP.
I decided to keep it easy and turned to the Textured Chic Memories & More cards. These cards come in sizes 4x6 and 4 x 3 with lots of different sentiments and/or design on the front and back. The hardest part is picking which ones to use. Once I did that, I simply adhered them to a basic white 12x12 base.
I used a few of the photos from our family Christmas this year. Our children live all over and so we rented an Airbnb home in MT where our daughter's family lives and had such a fun week together. It has been a long time since we've been able to get together for Christmas. I will cherish this memory!
I added additional 'sticker' sentiments from the Memories & more card pack to finish off the layout. This came together really quick, just how I like my scrapbooking to work.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. See the list of creators below and simply click "Next Blog" on the right of the header to head over to Delys Cram's blog. Enjoy hopping along to see the beautiful projects that everyone else created for inspiration to create your own scrap pages!

Jill this is a FANTASTIC way of using the Memories and More card packs rather than using them in the pocket style scrapbooking... Yes I agree, I love it when a layout comes together just how you had planned it in your head.
