Scrapbooking Global - July 2023 - Grid Pattern Challenge

The Scrapbooking Global Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in a scrapbooking Blog Hop Theme, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.

Today's challenge is brought to you by Julia Quin and we are using a Grid Pattern for our layout inspiration.

I've previously shared on my blog that my daughter bought a coffee shop in the community she lives in Canada. She had some photos taken that she uses in some of her social media marketing and on her website. I decided to print them and use them in this layout.

I used the square die cut from the Stylish shapes dies to make each photo the same size in order to line it up to make the grid around the main photo. You can make out the stitching around the photo in the close up below.

For the title I cut the letters out of one of the paper designs from the Delightfully Eclectic paper and adhered them with dimensionals on the backside design. I grabbed the 'Coffee' word die cut from the retired Nothing Better than dies and fussy cut the coffee cup images from the Coffee with Friends stamp set for a final touch.  I love how this page turned out and hope that my daughter will love it to. I plan to pit it in a frame to give to her to keep.

  4. I love that you used the photos to make your grid! Sadly I can’t drink coffee, but this would be an awesome layout for tea pots I think! Thanks for the inspiration!
