#DOswts406 Sketch Inspiration Hop

It's been a few months since my last blog as I decided to take a break from Blogging/social media while we headed to stay someplace warmer in January & February. I'm glad I took this break, but I'm happy to be back crafting again and sharing some projects with you. 

It's appropriate that my first blog after the break is with the DO Stamper Stars team Blog Hop. I am a member of the DO Stamper Stars which is comprised of many Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who are part of Dawn Olchefkse's leader team. Each month we participate in 2 Blog Hops, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.

Today's feature project is based on the below sketch.

 

I needed some wedding cards and the Something Fancy stamp set has a perfect sentiment for such an occasion. Given the vertical position of the sentiment, I changed up the sketch by placing it and the floral die cut in a vertical position on the card. The Happiness Abounds flower and designer series paper are the perfect match for this card.

• Happiness Abounds -Bundle with Blossoming Happiness dies 
• Something Fancy- Bundle with Something Fancy Dies 
• Paper
• Basic White Thick - Card Base 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 score 4 1/4
• Basic White -sentiment 3 x 2 + 2 x 2 for floral 
• Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper- 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 + die cut of the leaves from paper
• Ink
• Highland Heather 
• Tip: stamped off ink inside of die cut flower
• Other Adhesives: 
• Stampin Cut & Emboss machine. 
• Glossy Dots Assortment 
• Seal, Multipurpose glue, Mini glue dots, Dimensionals
