Stampin Dreams - May - Graduation

The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing. 

Today features the monthly Stampin' Dreams theme of Graduation cards.

May/June are definitely time for graduation celebrations. I have a friend whose son is graduating so I decided to make a male appropriate card for him. He is a guitarist/musician and is planning to continue a part of his college studies in music, so I turned to the Enjoy The Rhythm stamp set for inspiration. 

The school colors are Red/Black/White. I heat embossed the guitars and sentiment with Black embossing powder as they showed up better on the red card stock. The guitars are fussy cut and adhered with dimensionals. The music notes to the left of the card fit in nicely stamped in a column. "congratulations" and another set of music notes are stamped on the inside.
