CASE a Friend Blog Hop

The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing

I have chosen a fellow DO Stamper STARS demonstrator, Karla Larson, who created this beautiful card for our Springe Baker's Dozen Challenge. 

I do not have the die cut with the trees she used, so I replaced it with trees from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set and Tree Punch. I also added the flying birds stamp from the On The Horizon stamp set. 

I do prefer the die cut trees in the original card, but am pleased with my modification using clear embossing and the pine tree punch on the trees in my card. This is a perfect birthday card for the outdoorsy guy in your life.

• scraps for 4 trees using pine tree punch
• Pale Papaya: 5 1/4 x 4 - lower half embossed with Evergreen Forest 3D folder
• New Horizon Designer Series Paper - 4 7/8 x 1 7/8 
• Very Vanilla: 5 1/4 x 4 - inside of card

• Versamark - Clear Embossing powder

• Pine Tree Punch - tip- I punched 2 trees with no stamping and embossed the 2nd tree, adhered them together with dimensionals to create a layered look 
• Heat Tool to heat emboss 2 trees

• Adhesives: Stampin' Seal, Dimensionals, Multipurpose Glue
