Rainbow Blog Hop 2022

The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing. 

Today's projects are meant to brighten the day with some rainbows! Stampin' Up does have a few rainbow products, but this may not necessarily involve rainbows, rather it may include a rainbow of colors!!  

I turned to the Sunshine & Rainbows 6x6 designer series paper from the Sale-A-Bration brochure -this paper is free with a $50 order. I had many strips from prior projects and a sketch that uses up these strips to make some fun cards for Valentines/Galentines day. 

Card Details

• Stamps
• Awesome Otters 
• Paper
• Card Base 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 score at 4 1/4 - select to coordinate with patterns in your designer series paper. 
  
• Use same color for die cut circle layer 
• Basic White - Layer 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 - this layer can be a coordinating color if you so choose
• Scrap for die cut sentiment - I die cut with the Tasteful Label dies
• 2x3 for die cut circle - stamp your image, in this case the otter onto the paper before die cutting the circle. 
• 5 1/4 x 4 for inside layer if need 
• Sunshine & Rainbows 6 x 6 DSP - (3) 1" x 4 1/2" coordinating pieces of DSP -these are adhered to the white front layer. 
• Sweet Talk DSP - Fussy or die cut the 'conversation' hearts 
• Ink
• Choose coordinating color with your card stock, or black. 
• Other
• Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine 
• Layering Circle Dies 
• Tasteful Labels Dies 
• Stampin' Seal
• Dimensionals- regular and Mini for the heart and circle image

I think this turned out so cute. How can you not smile when you see the otter? This card is sure to brighten anyone's day when they receive it. In fact, I sent it as my Galentines card to my girlfriends!!
