Textures & Frames Sale-A-Bration stamp set

 Hello Weekend Crafters! I hope you are enjoying your Labor Day Weekend. I am sharing a project today using the Textures & Frames stamp set with an added sparkle of the Be Dazzling 6x6 specialty paper. Both items can be yours free with separate orders of $50, or total of $100 for the 2 items. I noticed in my swaps that I did not have a sample of this set or the Be Dazzling paper. I recently received my copy of the stamp set and got it out to play with. 

The images look pretty random, but it makes a perfect background for 'collage' stamping, basically random stamping of images to create your own background. I can see using this to create background for scrapbook pages. The catalog sample below gives some great examples of color blocking and a hashtag look to the background of a card (or tic tac toe depending on your age- lol). 

I decided to grab a few coordinating colors and use what I call the 'ink splats' image from the set. I stamped full on ink and then a 2nd time for a lighter version, 3x with each color. I thought it needed something else, so I added the circle stamp, also stamped off in the neutral smoky slate. Kind of looks like a liquid ring left from a glass and spills around it. 

I took the 'Hello' sentiment from the Forever Fern stamp and created a 'frame' using the square and block color stamps. I fussy cut this sentiment and layered it onto the Be Dazzling paper that I die cut with one of the Tasteful Label dies to set it off. I then added a small layer of Be Dazzling paper to the left of the card. I thought it needed something else and that is when I grabbed the Gray Granite Textured Weave Ribbon. The stamped white layer is adhered with Stampin' dimensionals as is the sentiment. I find the multipurpose liquid glue works best to adhere anything to the Be Dazzling paper. I hope to get a lot of use out of this Be Dazzling paper.
