Technique Tuesday - September - Simple Stamping

The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.

Today features the monthly Technique Tuesday projects where the team will share Simple Stamping techniques.

Simple stamping is often referred to as 'stamps, ink & paper'. I often find it difficult to do 'less' on a card because I love adding depth & dimension to a card. However, if you run across people who have never stamped or paper crafted before, the process can be intimidating. Simple, really is best to start out. 

This card is as simple as it gets. I cut the designer series paper and stamped directly on it before adhering it to the card base. Card base is simply 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 card stock, folded in half. The designer paper is the star of the card. 

Here is another card with simple stamping, but I stepped it up with die cut elements which would require a Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine along with a set of dies.
