#DOswts399 Tags/Bookmark Inspiration Hop

Welcome to the DO Stamper Stars Blog Hop. The DO Stamper Stars is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who are part of Dawn Olchefkse's leader team. Each month we participate in 2 Blog Hops, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.

Today's project is all about Tags. I decided to turn to the Christmas Gifting Kit. The Coffee & Cards group created these gift card 'tags' during the November session. Most everyone gives out at least 1 gift card during the holiday, so these are great to have on hand. For this hop, I created a card using the majority of the materials from the kit.   

It was very simple, I made a basic white card base, added a layer of paper from the Boughs of Holly DSP and then 'cut' apart the gift card piece that sits behind the punched out image. 

I adhered the other side of the cut apart gift card piece on the inside of the card. In retrospect I would stamp "with LOVE" or 'For someone Special' on the circle die cut. Both are sentiments in the kit stamp set. 

Each of the tags have a leftover die cut piece from the punched-out middle image. I created the below cards using 2 of the different left over die cuts. 

The designer paper is from my retired stash but fit perfectly with the die cut images. This kit is so versatile to use as is or making alternative cards/projects limited only by your creativity!
