New Catalogue Blog Hop - Brewed For You Bundle

The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.

Today projects are made using new products from the NEW 2022-23 Annual Catalog. As a Demonstrator I get to pre-order certain products form the catalog up to 30 days prior to the catalog going live. It is so much fun to play with new products and share new creations.

I am creating with the Brewed for You Bundle. The die cuts that go with this set are so fun. You can create any number of beer tasting die cuts for your card, scrapbook page or other 3D project.

I  tested a few different looks and made two cards adding in the He's The Man 12 x 12 DSP. This paper is also so versatile and perfect for guy cards.

Not that Guys just drink beer, but let's face it, the majority of them do. I will drink a good craft beer from time to time, but wine is my 1st choice. The smaller of the glassware in the set can double up as a wine glass!

The below card I cased from Kimberly Ann VanOs, adding my own style to the card. I just loved the ascending beer glasses and the 'Oh Ale Yes' sentiment!

      • Layer inside of 2nd card: 2 1/2 x 5 3/8
    • Vellum: used as die cut on a couple beers to give it a frosty mug look. You could probably use clear embossing powder as well to give any of the die cuts a glassy look.

      • 2nd card 2 1/2 x 5 1/4
  • Ink
    • Variety of inks used to stamp the glassware; many were stamped off first to give it a more subtle look: Soft Suede, Grey Granite are my favorite choices
    • Beer Colors: Crushed Curry is my favorite, both stamped in full, or off for a lighter beer look. I also tested So Saffron and Mango Melody. It really depends on the look you want for your beer.
    • Early Espresso: sentiments, but also tested for the dark beer. 1st card I used Soft Suede
    • Versamark: sentiment on the crushed curry card stock in the 2nd card
  • Other
    • Stampin' Cut & Emboss
    • Stylish Shapes Dies - both sentiments
    • Bakers Twine Essential pack
