Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop - January 2022 - Throw Back Thursday

The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our Goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.

Today features the Stampin' Dreams Blog with a Throw Back Thursday theme. This is open to a wide interpretation. I decided to look back at January 13, 2021 to see what I blogged and create a similar designed card but with current product. Click this link to see the card.

My card from 2021 used Darling Donkeys Sa le-A-Bration and Flower & Field designer series paper. I decided to stay with a critter/animal theme and used the Awesome Otter's stamp set along with the Simply Marbelous designer series paper from the 2022 Sale-a-Bration products. You can select both items free with a $100 order. 

I know you smiled when you saw this card. Aren't the otters just so cute?!? The paper also creates a perfect background.

• Tip- I masked the paper to add more 'waves' only from the stamped image

• Coastal Cabana - card base 11 x 4 1/4, scored 5 1/2 
• Basic White: Layer 5 3/8 x 4 1/8
• Inside layer 5 1/2 x 4 
• Layering Circle Die Cut (2) - both 2 3/4 x 2 3/4; one for stamping/coloring, one for layer 
• Scrap for sentiment
• Simply Marbelous Designer Series Paper - (2) 3 x 4, 2 x 4 - free with a $50 or more order 
• I used 2 designs to give the look of water and sunny sky 

• Ink
• Tuxedo Black Memento Ink -works best with Stampin' Blends
• Stampin' Blends: Bronze, Ivory, Daffodil Delight (dark and light), Bermuda Bay (dark & light)

• Basic White Frayed Ribbon - 4" as the layer between the two card stock pieces
